He said he'll ask his senior officials and get back to me the next day but i've not got a single call till now. I had to call again and wait for so long, even this guy didn't know the solution to this. I called the customer care on Tuesday and your executive couldn't understand the problem and he just disconnected the call. He said MAC address is supposed to be unique, please go get it checked.So basically each time i shut it down and start or restart my laptop, i get a new MAC address. So, he asked me to restart my laptop and when i did, i got a new MAC address again (third one). But the wi-fi did'nt work, so i went back and he tried checking my MAC address and the MAC address had changed. So i took my laptop to the wi-fi configuration department, they registered my MAC address and sent me back. I study in a university where you have to give your laptop's MAC address/Physical address to access the university WI-Fi. I bought a laptop last Saturday (30-8-16).
